the ground. Avoid pressing the head into the

The scalping technique removes unwanted
vegetation down to the ground. Hold the bot-
tomofthetrimmerheadabout3inc hes (8cm)
above the ground and at an angle. Allow the
tipofthelinetostrike thegroundaroundtrees,
posts, monuments, etc. This technique in-
creases line wear.
WARNING: Use only 0.065inch(1.65
